Helping get the most from your speeches and presentations

 

DJSPACEBAR an assist you where possible with your speeches. We can help the best man get the most out of his speech. If the best man is interested then come and talk to us to understand what you have planned (without the groom knowing too much about it) and you can opt to use our projection screen and hardware to help the presentation run smoothly and professionally. We will help build your presentation using powerpoint or we can take your presentation and have the appropriate equipment ready to go to show it.

 

 

After working with the best man to build a storyboard of events throughout the speech (approx 2hr meeting), we then take the storyboard, scan any photos and best man graphics preferences and styles and create a professional looking PowerPoint presentation that will be used at the wedding breakfast.

 

 

 

During the wedding breakfast, our equipment will be setup like this, we'll be playing chilled background music while guests eat and they will see a screen like below.

Just when the desserts start to come out, we will start the projector screen running in time to ready prepare for your slideshow. In the meantime, while the equipment warms up - the screen will show a subtle fish screensaver like below.

When the time comes for the best man to have his speech, we install a wireless microphone on him and have a laptop and powerpoint slideshow ready for the presentation.

After the speeches have completed and a great round of applause is given to not only the best man but to the bride and groom. The tempo of the music from light Jazz, chilled out wedding breakfast style music changes to slightly more up-beat sounds in preparation for the evening setup.
