Weddings = Family Celebration

 

Your Wedding is a collection of important people. People who have had a part to play in your life - Mums, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Close and Distant Relatives as well as lots of friends and other members of family who all have travelled distances to be there for you. It's a lot of work getting everyone together for that one special day!.

 

Weddings are celebrations that only occur once as you know so how can you engage people to celebrate that day with you? They've played their part in being there for you throughout your life so what could you for them that will be unique, different and personal to any other wedding that they may have been do?

 

One example of getting the crowds attention and connected with your event is to have appropriately paced slideshows played throughout the evening but doing it right is the clever part. It takes people time to mingle during the early part of the evening (usually around 90mins of the start of your party), so this is a great time to interject with specially prepared slideshows and music.

 

The shows that we produce last around 3 minutes (length of 1 song) and they are played at various moments throughout the evening. Guests need to be relaxed, fed, have a drink or two and ready to be entertained and therefore in the mood for dancing. For Weddings - you have to appeal to everyone at "all ages".

 

Our shows are a wonderful way to celebrate the childhood of the bride & groom as well as show pictures of friends and family and great times together and to finish with the pictures of actual wedding day - taken by a guest with a digital camera. Our job is to prepare them as fast as we can for the enjoyment of everyone.

 

All shows are completely customized to fit your own personal wedding theme. The shows actually also help in getting folks away from the bar areas and near the dance floor areas.

The above screen shows four slideshows (3mins each - the equivalent of one song being played) that are presented to guests at moments during the evening. Guests won't be expecting this as the shows are built secretly and it will be a surprise to them as well as give something to look forward to...

 

At periodic moments during the evening, we announce the shows and give time for folks to come back from the bar areas/outside before we play the shows.. Click below to review what the individual shows look like. Each show is about the length of 1 song.
