Wedding Reception Planning
DJSPACEBAR have been
performing at weddings since 1993. We discuss your
entertainment and needs in person with you and using
our experience and advice, can work with you to
understand the flow of your day. Using a detailed
planner, the flow of your reception, the special
songs you�d like to hear, and the reception events
such as cake cutting, toasts, garter and bouquet
tosses, are presented to you for your approval. We
also help plan your reception events such as
father/daughter dances. We have suggestions for
dances like a First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance,
Mother/Son Dance, and inter-actives for your guests.
Special Touches - From dramatic introductions
to special sendoffs, extra special touches are added
that you and your guests will remember. These may
include the First, Last dances, Stags and Hens Dance
including special props for interactive dances,
intelligent lighting, mirror ball, and confetti
cannons! Some of these items may be subject to venue
approval, and all are subject to your approval.
Party Time - The right mix of a fun
reception, without the atmosphere of a three-ring
circus means your guests will have a great time
without embarrassment. We use a professional state
of the art, quality sound system that will look in
keeping with your decor. To assist you in any
of your selections from our extensive collection of
music lists, if you have a special song that you
MUST have at your reception that we don�t have -
WE�LL GET IT!
Your Guests Will Get Involved - As your
reception begins, you are welcomed for the cake
cutting, your family and guests are welcomed as they
await your arrival. Then, your DJ will be standing
by, ready to announce you and your spouse when you
arrive. While your guests dine, we play light and
tasteful music. As the evening continues, you and
your guests are guided through all your special
dances and events. Our goal is to make your
reception the most memorable and enjoyable event
your guests have ever attended!
