To ensure that the reception starts promptly on-time, it is important to understand that with any delay, it will have an impact on the day and ultimately for you and your guests. Our wedding day pack is designed to ensure that the day runs along smoothly and the production work (preparations for lighting & audio, equipment installation with flightcases and cabling etc) is all carried out behind the scenes and not in the way of your guests. The pack below depends on a previsit to your venue to determine the logistics, access, equipment and space.

 

The pack also contains additional extras that we include to add advantage and value to your day. MC and Ushering throughout the afternoon meal, informal/candid photos of guests and general ambience, professional PA sound system equipment for music throughout the wedding breakfast, wireless microphones and video projection equipment for speeches.

  Pre-wedding consultation  
   

• Previsit to venue

• Specialist advice to help you during the wedding breakfast

(eg wedding breakfast timings, working with you to pace this period with photographer banker sheets, roles and responsibilities of ushers and coordination with the venue)

• Public Liability Insurance provided to venue

 
  During the wedding breakfast period on the day:  
   

• Preparation of Sound/Lighting equipment to allow for turnaround on time

 

• Bespoke music and playlist creation for Wedding breakfast meal

(we provide background music to suit any taste, from light Jazz, classical music and swing, to 60's pop, motown. We'll work with you to build the playlist inc guests requests)

 

• Candid/informal photos taken of guests during the afternoon

(to be included in wedding day slideshow)

 

• Wireless & lapel microphones for speeches

(provided for father of the bride, groom and best man)

 

• Projector screen use and assistance with presentations

(we'll supply all equipment and work with the best man to produce a great speech)

 

• Ushering and welcoming of guests, work alongside ushers

• Toastmaster services:

          -Work with ushers, bridesmaids, photographer, venue

          -Wedding breakfast introductions

          -Speeches announcements

          -General hosting throughout the afternoon period

          -Fantastic introductions to greet you into wedding meal

 

• Compilation and editing of the Wedding day pictures during wedding breakfast to be ready for evening reception.

 

• Work alongside your photographer to show a selection of images with their permission for the wedding day pictures show.

(photographer needs to provide a usb stick before speeches with a selection of around 100 images so that we can build the show in time for the reception start) OR take a look at our 12 good reasons with SPACEBAR photography that can benefit you and make your guests feel very much included in your day.

 

• Random candid/infomal photos throughout period:

(Time permitting: pending the flow of the day, SPACEBAR will take photos to aid in the preparation and showing for the evening slideshow.  Here is a selection of informal photos taken by Josh & Kam during the wedding breakfast period)

 

 

All these images would then be used as part of the wedding day pack and provided FREE to download for guests. Only possible when civil ceremony pack is taken or wedding day pack before 2pm

chosen together after we've understood your vision of your day and our

The wedding day pack is designed to ensure that the preparation of your

venue and facility to prepare the wedding day pictures does not

impact the flow of your day as well as cause major interruptions for you and your guests. Every event is different and after a a pre-wedding consultation with you to understand logistics, timings and your requirements, we can be setup as early as 10am.

 

To ensure your wedding day runs smoothly with no hassle, this pack is designed to ensure that everything is setup before your wedding breakfast. Just like a stage setup in a theatre, you don't want our staff to be setting up in front of your guests and neither would your guests would want to see the installation, cables, vans, flight-cases, the background setting up process.

 

If access at your venue is limited, you don't want that issue to slow down the transition from the meal to the disco, this is an important issue when the afternoon meal is to be held in the same room as the evening reception. 

 

The pack includes additional extras such as a professional and minimal PA

system to play music during the meal and wireless microphones for the use during speeches. The time is also needed to prepare the wedding day slideshows and we would be working with the wedding images during this period to prepare for showing later. This package covers the additional equipment hire duration and labour to attend your site early.
